John Wallace founded JW Floor Covering, Inc 29 years ago. He has been in the flooring industry for over 36 years. "I came to realize that installing great floor coverings is not all that we should be doing. Our clients homes need to be maintained correctly to get the best return on their investment, and more importantly, to make their homes more healthy and pleasant to live in". Equipment and Methods
JW Cleaning and Restoration technicians use Truck-Mounted hot-water extraction to clean their customer's carpets. With Hot-water extraction, the water is heated to a temperature of 250-degrees Fahrenheit, mixed in with a cleaning solution, and shot into your carpet at a pressure of 400 pounds-per-square-inch. It is this temperature and pressure that allow our technicians to break apart all of the dirt, chemicals, bacteria and pollens that are hidden in your carpet. The solution is then suctioned back into the truck with a high-pressure nozzle to remove all of these unwanted items. Shaw Industries, the world’s largest carpet manufacturer, recommends hot water extraction as the primary method of cleaning carpets.
